To "clone" a device and control it with the remote, you need to:

1. Take the original remote control in one hand and the duplicator in the other hand. Hold the two remote controls as close together as possible so that the signal is stronger.
2. Press the first buttons of both remote controls simultaneously until the LED light blinks slowly twice and then three times. You have now successfully duplicated the remote control.

To "delete" a connected device, you need to: 

1. Press buttons A and B simultaneously. After about 2 seconds, the LED will blink three times and then go out.
2. Then release button B while button A remains pressed.
3. Press the B button then three times until the LED blinks quickly and continuously (the A button is still held down). This indicates that the code has been cleared.
4. Release the A key and you have successfully deleted the code.
